SLCP launches Guidance on the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

We are excited to announce the release of our new Guidance on the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)! The Guidance illustrates which aspects of CSRD compliance SLCP’s Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) can support with, and which are out of SLCP’s scope.

Joe Wozniak, Head of Trade for Sustainable Development at the International Trade Centre, remarks on the significance of the new Guidance:

"Clear and transparent Guidance that outlines SLCP's role in supporting European Sustainability Reporting Standards implementation is essential particularly for smaller companies to effectively navigate the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. To ensure robust disclosures, companies must rely on credible data that furthers transparency of their supply chain impacts on workers-something that adopting SLCP can facilitate as this Guidance demonstrates."

Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance and improve the CAF. We welcome responses from all CAF users, including brands, facilities, and Verifier Bodies, and encourage individual views, so you do not need to limit responses to one per signatory.

The short survey takes just ten minutes to complete and will close on September 6.
