Janet Mensink
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Janet holds 20+ years of experience in sustainable supply chains, including sustainability consultancy and leadership roles in international development (non-profit). She has served on several boards and councils of multi-stakeholder initiatives. As CEO of SLCP, she is currently responsible for overseeing SLCP’s strategic direction and execution.
Holly Menezes
Senior Manager Communications

Holly joined SLCP in 2019 after over ten years working for the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office in Consular and Crisis Management at multiple British Embassies across Europe. At SLCP, Holly is responsible for signatory and stakeholder engagement including delivering our communications and engagement strategy. Holly is the first point of contact for new stakeholders, media enquiries, and events.
Susanne Gebauer
Senior Manager Assessment Data and Quality

Susanne has been working in the field of social responsibility since 2008. She is now applying her past experience in benchmarking programs, creating standards for brands, advising on supply chain program improvements, and developing risk and audit tools to SLCP. She manages a team to ensure the integrity and quality of the verified data, and that the content of the Converged Assessment Framework meets stakeholders’ needs.
Davina Reid-Phillips
Consultant Customer Success Senior Manager

Davina joined SLCP in July 2023. She previously worked for Sedex as the Head of Programmes, since then she has had a keen interest in the Sustainability sector. Davina has over 15 years of IT Leadership across several industries including Sustainability, Retail, Hospitality and the UK Local Education Authorities. Davina will be leading on several key Projects at SLCP including Leading Adopters, the SLCP Customer Success Programme and supporting SLCP’s move to independence.
Steve Harris
Chief Operating Officer

Steve has over 30 years of experience in senior roles in technology and operations, working in sectors ranging from sustainability and food production to finance and Formula 1 racing. Steve has supported SLCP since 2017, initially as an external advisor, then as an independent expert Council member, before joining the secretariat in an interim role to lead its technology and finance functions. As Chief Operating Officer Steve is responsible for ensuring the organization works efficiently and effectively to execute its strategies and meet stakeholder expectations.
Thomas Mason
Senior Policy and Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Tom is responsible for the policy and stakeholder engagement strategy and ensuring SLCP is recognized and aligned with policy and legal developments. Tom also works closely with the data insights and communications teams in developing data-driven publications. Originally from Australia, Tom has previous experience working in international NGOs and legal clinics, focusing on business & human rights research and labour rights in global value chains.

Annelise Lemes

Annelise has over five years of experience in sustainability in the agricultural sector. Before joining SLCP, Annelise worked supporting companies to implement their sustainability policies and commitments in Brazil. Her experience includes benchmarking activities, supplier engagement, and capacity building training development and delivery. At SLCP, Annelise supports the Senior Manager Assessment & Quality in maintaining and implementing the Converged Assessment Framework.
Preeti Jain
Associate Data Quality and Integrity

Preeti is SLCP's Data Assessment Quality and Integrity Associate. She supports Data Quality & Integrity(DQ&I) objectives, developing VBs and Verifier capabilities and overseeing all communications regarding DQ&I targeted at different stakeholders.
Preeti has a Master’s degree in Human Rights with a specialization in Business and Human Rights. Before joining SLCP, she worked for the GIZ, SAP SE and C&A on Human Rights Due Diligence supporting compliance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
Giulia Iemmolo
Manager Data Quality and Integrity

Giulia has over eight years of experience in assisting retailers and fashion brands with implementing strategies and tools to improve
working conditions in supply chains. Giulia has worked with suppliers to manage capacity building programs and assessment schemes worldwide. At SLCP, Giulia supports the Senior Manager Assessment & Quality with the Technical Advisory Committee and management of projects to maintain the CAF and Verification Oversight.
Daniela Schmidt
Manager Data Quality Monitoring & Investigations

Daniela has over 10 years of experience working in a global brand’s social compliance department, with a strong focus on quality assurance of assessment reports and related processes, as well as data governance matters. She was involved in the integration of SLCP into the brand’s operations.
Currently, Daniela is a member of SLCP's Data Quality & Integrity team, where she supports investigations and monitors data quality.
Viktoria Tornee
Specialist - Technical Onboarding & WE Tech

Viktoria manages the Worker Engagement Technology (WE Tech) Program and provides technical onboarding to new Converged Assessment Framework users. She is knowledgeable in sustainability, business & human rights issues. She has experience working in international and multilateral organizations managing capacity-building projects, driving collaboration, and conducting analytical research. Viktoria has a master’s degree in international development studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID) in Geneva, Switzerland.

Elizabeth is responsible for the coordination and implementation of SLCP’s Training Program and provides support on the SLCP Helpdesk. She has experience working in both the wholesale and retail sectors of the fashion industry, and holds her MS in International Fashion Marketing, Sustainable Fashion.

Sevinc is the SLCP representative in Turkey. She contributes to facility training, engaging Turkish stakeholders, and SLCP Helpdesk support with focus on Turkey. Sevinc has more than ten years of experience in CSR coming from brands, suppliers and third parties based in Turkey.

Urtty is the SLCP representative in Bangladesh. She has eight years of experience in social compliance auditing and capacity building with brands and third-party firms. At SLCP, Urtty is responsible for the Gateway approval of facilities. She provides Helpdesk support, contributes to facility training, develops training materials in Bangla, and engages with local stakeholders to advance the adoption of SLCP in Bangladesh.

Reshma is the SLCP representative in India. She contributes to facility training, provides SLCP Helpdesk support (with a focus on India), and engages with local stakeholders. Reshma has more than fifteen years of experience as a Program Manager and Sustainability Consultant in social compliance, supplier sustainability, corporate social responsibility, human rights, auditing, capacity building and training. She has extensive experience supporting leading US and European brands across various industries like garment, footwear, printing, food, etc.
Lottie Watkinson
Business Development Manager

Lottie has over 12 years of experience in the outdoor apparel sector, with a background in product strategy, sourcing, and technical textiles. Through her time in the outdoor industry, she has had first-hand experience of implementing and managing social responsibility initiatives from a brand's perspective. Lottie is responsible for bringing new adopters on board and helping SLCP scale its mission even further.

Ceren is the SLCP representative in Turkey. She contributes to facility training, engaging Turkish stakeholders, and SLCP Helpdesk support with a focus on Turkey. She has more than 12 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry with a focus on social compliance. Prior to joining SLCP, Ceren held various positions at ELEVATE, including Global Coordinator and Administrative Manager. She also worked at the Turkish Textile Employers' Association (TTEA), an organization representing the interests of the Turkish textile industry.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships Manager

Camille is responsible for stakeholder engagement and partnerships at SLCP. Camille works to strengthen relationships with SLCP’s key stakeholders, pursue strategic partnerships, and ensure SLCP responds to stakeholder feedback. Originally from Canada, Camille has experience working as analyst for the Canadian government, managing multiple files and stakeholders in various domains.

Training and Communications Coordinator

Claudia provides support for SLCP's Training Program and collaborates in the execution of our communications and stakeholder engagement strategy. Originally from Ecuador, Claudia has a background in the Social and Behavioral Sciences. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Research from Utrecht University in the Netherlands, and her work has been directed towards vulnerable and minority populations within the non-profit sector.

Silvana is supporting SLCP's policy activities to ensure the tool's recognition and alignment with policy and legal developments. Originally from Peru, Silvana has prior experience working at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in legal firms. She recently earned her master's degree in Law and Sustainability from Utrecht University in the Netherlands.

Lucy joined SLCP in 2024 after working in external communications for over five years at an Ombudsman service in Australia. At SLCP, Lucy is responsible for the delivery and implementation of our communications and engagement strategy. Lucy is the first point of contact for media and external enquiries.

Communications and Public Affairs Manager (Maternity Leave)

Vaishnavi started her career as a journalist and advanced to leading on communications and public affairs for various international sustainability and development initiatives.
Vaishnavi obtained her master’s degree from SOAS, University of London in International Studies and Diplomacy and another master’s from the University of Sussex in Sustainable Development.
At SLCP, Vaishnavi implements the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, with a particular focus on the policy and communications elements.

Alejandra has over ten years of experience driving data insights on trade and global value chains in International Organizations. Before joining SLCP, she worked for the World Trade Organization secretariat in the Economic Research and Statistics Division. She is currently working with SLCP to improve the data quality of verified assessments and to provide insights and analysis to drive further improvements to working conditions

Ivan is a data scientist with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. He has experience in Machine Learning engineering and data analysis. At SLCP, Ivan is working towards including predictive analytics to identify quality and performance issues and create efficiencies in the Verification Oversight program.

Jack has more than ten years of experience conducting social audits and developing audit tools; and three years of experience running factory operations. At SLCP, he supports the technology manager in developing and maintaining technical solutions.

After eight years of extensive experience in accounting in big corporations, Marina relaunched her career with us as a Finance and Admin Manager. She has a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Policies from the Aveiro University in Portugal. Originally from Serbia, Marina lived, studied and worked in different European countries and now finally decided to stay in the Netherlands with SLCP.

Sergej joined SLCP as Program Coordinator after eight successful years in the UN Refugee Agency in his home country, the Republic of North Macedonia. He is now based in Amsterdam, and his work portfolio ranges from administration, HR and finance to project and stakeholder management, including project control.
