The Social and Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) is a multi-stakeholder initiative committed to improving working conditions in global supply chains. SLCP addresses the burden of redundant and resource-intensive social audits by offering a streamlined solution.
SLCP’s universal social assessment tool, the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF), provides credible and actionable data, enabling stakeholders to redirect resources towards meaningful improvements.

The Converged Assessment Framework (CAF)
Developed collectively by SLCP signatories, the CAF includes a data collection tool to collect social and labor data from facilities, a robust verification methodology, and a unique system that enables facilities to share their assessment data with multiple end users via a range of different platforms.
