Technical Project Manager

 

Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and leading technical projects to enhance our company tools and technology platforms?

We’re looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of ongoing enhancements to SLCP’s tools and technology platforms. Responsibilities will include capturing and documenting requirements, maintaining a repository of ideas and opportunities for improvement, shaping the technical roadmap in conjunction with other stakeholders, and managing software deliveries and releases via our technology partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent project and stakeholder management skills, good awareness and familiarity of platform-as-a-service projects, great communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

SLCP is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.  This is a fully remote role with a requirement to work primarily within the European CET time zone.

Customer Service Manager

 

Are you passionate about providing a best-in-class customer service and leading a high performing team?

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to co-develop and implement SLCP’s strategy for delivering outstanding customer service and support, including direct management of our support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.  

Although SLCP is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, this role is not location specific. We welcome applicants who can work remotely.
