Law Overlay Now LIVE in Bangladesh
We are excited to announce that as of July 12, the Law Overlay is available for Step 1 of the Data Collection Tool under the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) v1.4, in Bangladesh on SLCP’s Accredited Host platforms: FFC and Higg.
The Law Overlay raises awareness of applicable legal requirements for the facility as well as enhances the quality of the final verified assessment report by ensuring legal non-compliances are captured and country law is applied consistently across verifications. The Law Overlay consists of two elements: National Labor Law (NLL) Guidance and Automated Law Overlay. Read more about it here.
