| | Please note: Completing the Signatory Survey is a requirement for signatories to maintain their active status under the “signatory accountability rules” that we introduced in June. When completing the survey, please: complete only one survey per signatory. complete it from your company's/ organization's perspective (rather than from your personal perspective). We recommend taking a look through the questions here before completing the survey online. respond by 26 September.

Finalize your CAF v1.6 assessments now! |
|
|
All CAF v1.6 assessments must be finalized by 10 October 2025. Following the launch of CAF v1.7 in April, facilities have had six months to complete the assessment and verification process to finalize their CAF v1.6 assessments. Any CAF v1.6 assessments that are not finalized by 10 October 2025 will be automatically deleted.
