Post-event networking reception

We will be organizing a post event drinks and dinner reception for anyone who would like to participate at a cost of €125 per person. As a nonprofit organization, SLCP is unfortunately not able to cover this expense. The reception will include a drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner and will be within walking distance of the Radisson Blu Istanbul Ottomare. We do hope many of you will join! Please indicate in the registration form if you would like to join and make your payment via this link.

Meet the speakers

Annabel Meurs

Associate Director - Fair Wear SLCP Board Member

Annabel Meurs is an expert in Human Rights Due Diligence with over 12 years’ experience in advancing human rights in the global garment, textile and footwear supply chains. As part of Fair Wear’s management team, she oversees the strategic development of methodologies to prevent and remediate labor rights violations in garment producing countries. She manages a wide range of stakeholders from labour NGOs and trade union organizations in production countries, to international institutions such as the ILO and OECD. Annabel was also at the forefront of developing the Brand Performance check system; the set of indicators that measures brands’ progress in implementing their due diligence responsibilities. Prior to Fair Wear, Annabel worked in development aid, lobby and advocacy and the European Centre for Conflict Prevention.

Nikhil Hirdaramani

Director - Hirdaramani Group SLCP Board Member

Nikhil Hirdaramani is the Director of the Hirdaramani Group. He oversees the company’s sustainability strategy, focusing on both social and environmental initiatives. Nikhil also continues to be an avid advocate of sustainability within the wider industry, and has been member of the board of Sedex, and currently of SAC. Nikhil has a BA in International Relations from Tufts University, USA and an MBA from Imperial College UK.

Nesrin Başer

Director Corporate Sustainability - SLN Tekstil ve Moda

Nesrin Başer is the Director of Corporate Sustainability at SLN Tekstil ve Moda, a Türkiye-based garment manufacturer supplying leading international brands.
She leads SLN’s Corporate Sustainability team across its three facilities and wider supply chain, with responsibilities spanning social compliance, DEI, environmental sustainability, climate action, and responsible supply chain management. She also oversees SLN’s CDP disclosures, annual Environmental Impact Reports and Sustainability Reports.
As part of her role at SLN, she has coordinated capacity-building projects with UN agencies, NGOs, universities, and brand partners, focusing on management–employee dialogue, women’s empowerment, refugee integration, and employee satisfaction. She contributes to international sustainability initiatives and industry programs representing SLN. She is also the member of SLCP Manufacturer Taskforce.

Arindama Banerjee

Responsible Sourcing Client Management Lead for Asia - LRQA SLCP Board member

Arindama Banerjee leads Responsible Sourcing Client Management for Asia at LRQA, driving client engagement at both global and regional levels. In her role, she serves as a strategic partner to brands and retailers, supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of responsible sourcing programs across complex supply chains. With nearly 20 years of experience in ethical sourcing, social compliance, and sustainability, Arindama has held leadership positions at Tesco, IRFT, Next Group, Oxylane Group (Decathlon), and SGS India. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to advancing supply chain responsibility, ensuring compliance, and fostering sustainable business practices.

Joleen Ong

Senior Director of Brand and Retailer Activation - Cascale SLCP Board Member

Joleen Ong is the Senior Director of Brand and Retailer Activation at Cascale. With over 15 years of experience in sustainability and human rights, Joleen has deep expertise in operationalizing supply chain programs within global brands. Prior to Cascale, she served as Sustainability Director at Fanatics and led the Sustainable Manufacturing and global licensing social responsibility programs at Columbia Sportswear. She began her career at Social Accountability International, where she built its communications program and co-founded the Global Living Wage Coalition.
She is the recipient of The College of New Jersey’s 2026 Humanitarian Award, recognizing her contributions to advancing social impact in global supply chains and fair compensation.

Baptiste Carriere-Pradal

Baptiste brings extensive expertise from the Apparel and Footwear ecosystem, having worked with manufacturers from Asia to Eastern Europe and South America, established and led Decathlon’s first global sustainability department and launched the Sustainable Apparel Coalition’s European Office. As co-founder of 2B Policy, he focuses on sustainability and policy consulting. Beyond his professional roles, Baptiste contributes to his family’s organic and agroforestry wine estate in Southern France.

Ninh Trinh

Ninh is the Regional Director of Responsible Sourcing at Target, managing teams responsible for upholding human rights standards and promoting sustainable environmental practices throughout Target’s supply chain. He has over 20 years of experience in various positions within the retail industry, and is recently active in developing programs to support social compliance and supply chain improvement.

Tamar Hoek

Tamar is an international strategy and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience driving multi-stakeholder collaboration across business, civil society, and government. Currently, she leads Solidaridad’s global fashion portfolio across 15+ countries, partnering with brands, manufacturers, investors, and policymakers to advance long-term industry transformation. Her work spans the entire value chain, from regenerative agriculture, smallholder farmer livelihoods, and responsible sourcing in cotton, to cleaner production, water stewardship, chemical management (wet processing), and decent work in textiles and leather manufacturing. Alongside this, she serves in key governance roles, including Chair of Cascale and Co-Chair of Better Cotton Initiative, and was actively involved in the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) from its inception, helping develop the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) and serving on its Steering Committee through its spinoff. Tamar’s focus remains on moving beyond fragmented interventions toward ambitious, realistic structural change across global supply chains.
