SLCP welcomes its renewed Board members!

At the end of 2025, the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) held elections for three Board seats. SLCP is governed by a two-tier Board structure of a Management and Supervisory Board. The three seats in the Board up for election were across the following categories:

  • Manufacturers, Suppliers and Manufacturer Associations

  • Brands, Retailers, Agents and Trade/Retail Associations, and

  • Standard Holders and Multi-Stakeholder Initiatives.

We’re very pleased to announce that Nikhil Hirdaramani, Mayank Kaushik and Annabel Meurs have all been re-elected for a second term on the SLCP Board, reflecting the confidence of SLCP Signatories in their leadership and their continued commitment to representing their respective caucuses while providing strategic oversight of the SLCP Secretariat.

With strong engagement from SLCP Signatories, a total of seven candidates were nominated for the three seats and Signatory participation surpassing the minimum voting requirements.

Manufacturers, Suppliers, Manufacturer Associations:

“As a founding council member and chair of the governance committee, I’ve been actively involved in SLCP since its inception, helping to build structures and culture that underpin transparency, accountability and credibility.”
