SLCP Facility Training Webinars
We are happy to share that over 4,600 people dialed in from 48 countries for our SLCP facility training webinars! We thank all attendees and participating organizations for making the webinars a success. We conducted the training webinars in 6 languages (Bangla, Chinese, English, Kannada, Turkish and Vietnamese) throughout March and April. The webinars provided detailed information on the different stages of the SLCP assessment process, from registration on the Gateway to sharing verified data. SLCP at Industry Events
SLCP is always looking for opportunities to spread the word about the Converged Assessment Framework. Below are some examples of recent and upcoming events. - Global Fashion Summit (7-8 June): Presented by Global Fashion Agenda, the leading international forum for sustainability in fashion is returning this summer in Copenhagen and SLCP Executive Director, Janet Mensink, will be speaking at the event. Find out more about the summit here.
- Sustainable Apparel Forum (10 May): Janet Mensink will be presenting at the Sustainable Apparel Forum, a pioneer event in the Bangladesh apparel industry focused on promoting sustainability within the textile and apparel supply chain. Find out more about the forum here.
- Sustainable Apparel and Textiles Conference (28 April): SLCP's Senior Manager Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, Holly Menezes, participated as a panelist, along with Shahi Exports and Carhartt, in the virtual conference to discuss: “What is still standing in the way of greater convergence around social compliance audits?”
