New field for Report Reviewer name in CAF v1.6
The Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) Tool Version 1.6, launched in March 2024, includes a new field in the Verification/Assessment Detail section for the name of the Report Reviewer.

According to the Verifier Body (VBs) requirements, VBs must conduct an internal quality review of every report. The Verification Report Reviewer, an integral part of the internal VB quality team, actively participates in the required internal quality assurance reviews of all verified reports before they are finalized.

The addition of this new field for the Report Reviewer’s name in CAF v1.6 aims to improve overall accountability within VB internal quality and facilitate SLCP Verification Oversight activities. This allows for tracking and validation of the personnel responsible for identifying mistakes, inaccuracies, clarifications, or other details as needed.

Collaboratively, SLCP and VBs will work towards implementing these changes, which will ultimately drive higher data quality standards. This proactive approach not only enhances data accuracy but also strengthens the credibility of the verification process.
