SLCP General Assembly Recordings It was fantastic to see so many of you at the General Assembly yesterday! Structured around SLCP’s four strategic aims, the General Assembly had updates from the Secretariat and speakers from the SLCP signatory base who shared examples of adoption best practices and impact to date. In case you missed it, you can watch the recordings and view the slide deck in the Signatory Portal.  Evidence that workers benefit when brands and retailers accept SLCP According to research by the Better Buying Institute, workers benefit when global brands and retailers accept converged tools like SLCP’s Converged Assessment Framework. Over a fifth of the participating suppliers in the Better Buying Purchasing Practices Index 2022 reported that their buyer accepted SLCP’s CAF, resulting in benefits that included greater clarity on corrective actions, reduced staff time devoted to auditing, and money saved on auditing expenses.
