New Website and SLCP Videos Now LIVE!
We are excited to launch our new and improved SLCP website. We hope the new website will be easier to navigate and will provide more relevant & up-to-date information about SLCP to stakeholders. Please check it out and let us know if you have any feedback. The website also features two new videos to promote SLCP – a short intro to SLCP by our Executive Director and a compilation of testimonials from some of our signatories.
Signatory Webinars
Thank you to everyone who attended the first signatory webinars of the year last Thursday. The SLCP team presented a quick overview of 2020 and plans for 2021, including the launch of the Converged Assessment Framework v1.4. Signatories H&M, TAL Apparel, Fanatics & Randa Accessories also presented on their experience of SLCP in 2020 and their ambitions for 2021 implementation. This week we are holding a webinar to explain in detail the QA processes implemented by the Verification Oversight Organization to ensure high levels of data quality and integrity in the SLCP system. OECD Due Diligence Forum: ITC Session Featuring SLCP
The OECD Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment & Footwear Sector takes place virtually in the first week of February. SLCP’s Executive Director, Janet Mensink, will take part in a panel discussion organized by ITC, entitled “Decent Work, Transparency & Traceability: Emerging Stronger from the COVID-19 Crisis” on Monday 01 February at 3:30 pm CET.
