Dear SLCP signatories,
The 2021 Converged Assessment Framework (CAF v1.4) roll-out is getting closer! To help you prepare for the launch at the end of this month, we have put together a few resources and practical information on getting started with CAF v1.4:
CAF v1.3 to v1.4 – What is Changing?
The CAF v1.4 is an enhanced version of v1.3: it is shorter, simpler, more user-friendly, and better aligned with legislation. Please check out this detailed FAQ, where we have addressed questions regarding the access and use of data from v1.3, the ability to finish an SLCP assessment using v1.3, and more!
Familiarize Yourself with CAF v1.4!
We have shared a few resources to help you understand and prepare for the new version of the CAF on our Helpdesk. We will also be conducting virtual training sessions during April and May to introduce facilities to CAF v1.4. If you would like to participate, please register for the sessions in your preferred language: English, Chinese and Turkish.

We invite our signatories to join us for the CAF v1.4 Launch Webinars, in which the SLCP team will provide you with an overview of the main changes to the Data Collection Tool. Strengthen the efforts for collaboration by inviting your industry partners to implement SLCP or accept SLCP verified data. Brands may use this letter template to invite facilities to complete an SLCP verified assessment. Facilities can use this letter template to invite buyers to accept SLCP verified data.
