Janet Mensink
Project Director, Social and Labor Practice, Sustainable Apparel Coalition

Janet is the Project Director for the Social and Labor Convergence Project. She has more than 15 years of experience in Sustainability and Apparel, including consulting for CREM-Amsterdam and working as the International Program Manager for Sustainable Cotton & Textiles of the Solidaridad Network. Janet has served on several boards and councils, including the Better Cotton Initiative and the Index Development Council for the SAC.

Sophie Hoozemans
Part-time support, Social and Labor Practice, Sustainable Apparel Coalition

Sophie is supporting the SLCP team with administrative tasks during different steps in the project. Also, she is responsible for the logistical side of all meetings and events.

Susanne Gebauer
Senior Program Manager, Social and Labor Practice, Sustainable Apparel Coalition

Susanne is a Senior Program Manager for the Social Labor Convergence Project. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of social responsibility – benchmarking programs, creating standards for brands, advising on supply chain program improvements and developing risk and audit tools. At the SLCP, Susanne will manage the Converged Assessment Framework maintenance and implementation.

Sharon Hesp
Senior Program Manager, Social and Labor Practice, Sustainable Apparel Coalition

Sharon is a Senior Program Manager for the Social Labor Convergence Project. She has over 10 years experience in sustainable economic development, in particular in the garment industry and with multi-stakeholder projects. At the SLCP, she is responsible for the verification process – coordination of the Verification Oversight Organization and overseeing quality implementation.

Daphne van Esveld
Part-time support, Social and Labor Practice, Sustainable Apparel Coalition

Daphne is supporting the SLCP team with the preparations for and operation of 2018 Light Operation. In addition, she was responsible for SLCPs Mission & Vision check research.

The SLCP is an inclusive multi-stakeholder project that is actively seeking engagement with individuals and organisations from across the globe. For this reason we organise stakeholder gatherings and frequently speak at conferences.
