Prioritizing Quality: Tips for Facilities
Facilities can access information about the risk level associated with a specific Verification Body (VB) before selecting one. The process of quality assurance (QA) involves various activities to monitor VBs and their Verifier's performance. These activities, such as VB system checks and Verifier scores, contribute to an overall VB score, which is continually updated. This overall score is then translated into a risk-based scale with three levels: 1 (low risk) to 3 (high risk).
To access information on the risk level of a specific VB during the selection process, facilities are advised to refer to the VB List. This list provides a clear indication of the risk level associated with each VB. To view the risk level, simply click on the VB's name.
Additionally, facilities are encouraged to actively review the individual scores of VBs. Since SLCP only shares aggregated scores, it is recommended that facilities request a current screenshot of the VB dashboard directly from the VB. This step ensures a more comprehensive evaluation of the VB's performance and quality.
