SLCP is striving to provide the best service and assistance to our stakeholders. Have you experienced difficulties with SLCP and would like to raise a complaint, please use the form below. Your message will be treated confidentially by the SLCP Secretariat. Please leave your contact details if you wish us to get back to you to. You can expect to receive an initial response to your complaint within ten working days.

Note: Please be advised that complaints regarding the assessment tool should be directed to our Helpdesk. If you are a facility and would like to raise a complaint about a specific SLCP verification, please follow the instructions on the SLCP Gateway. Please note that this complaints process is different from the dispute process related to a specific verification. If a facility has concerns about Verifier conduct or about the way the Verification Protocol has been applied, they should follow the formal dispute process available through the Accredited Host platform within the 10 calendar days after the verified assessment report is uploaded by the Verifier.
